the staff was helpful, answering my questions with a smile. i appreciated the on-site bar and cafe.. it offered a convenient option after a long day. the airport shuttle was a bonus.
the carpet in the hall looked tired and stained. i also noticed rubbish not picked up off the floor.. it was there for the duration of my stay. only a wall nightlight worked for bedside lighting in my room.

the shuttle service to the qantas domestic terminal was a real timesaver and great value. i found the room quite comfortable. the dinner menu offered excellent choices, and my meal was delicious. my room had very clean tv lighting and air conditioning that worked so great!
the bedside tables were tiny and dusty.

The staff at the help desk were helpful, organizing my flight transfers. i arrived late and could still order a light snack. It was very nice. the location was a short distance from mascot station, so accessibility was good.
I found the customer service quite poor , the night desk clerk was too busy making coffee. he barked at me to leave my keys at the desk. He acted as if i was an inconvenience.
